February Health Goal Update
As promised in my 2025 Health Goals , here is the monthly goal update for February. Here is the emoji key that I i'm using for reference: ππ - very happy with the result ππ - ok with the result but some room for improvement π π΄ - not happy with the result # of pounds lost: 2 ππ # of workouts completed: 7 ππ breakdown of # of days that I fully met, partially met or didn't meet my food goals: π π΄ I was on vacation for the first half of the month, so I think losing 2 pounds and getting 7 workouts in is pretty good. My weight stayed pretty much flat while traveling. The 7 workouts were all basically in the last half of the month so for that portion of the month, I achieved my goal of 3 workouts per week. Eating was kind of all over the place this month. This was partially due to travel but I also went a bit crazy after returning from my trip. I'm going to just give this one a negative reaction and try again in March.
